The frequency of coaching varies for each client, depending on the goals and schedules. We usually recommend starting with weekly or fortnightly sessions to begin and then can assess as the engagement progresses.
When working with a coach, they will help the coachee to identify, assess and evaluate their problems, whilst also prompting for the coachee to find the most suitable solutions to resolve the problems they face. In this relationship, trust, open communication, and an open mind are important components, and self-reliance and critical thinking as ideal outcomes.
